Instead of drawing a quick finger at America's Guantanamo Bay practices as far as human rights are concerned, Europe should first sort itself out. It just came out that France, Germany and the UK have been turning a blind eye on human rights violations perpetrated by China, Russia and Saudi Arabia in order to secure multi-million business deals (most of then envolving armament sales). It's business as usual, or, in a more recent version, it's the economy, stupid. No wonder America doesn't much care about what Europe, with its self-proclaimed moral superiority, or anyone else might say about human rights. It's a twisted world, the one we're living in !
