Weird

How are you supposed to feel when something you do involuntarily while reading, such as rubbing your eyes or scratching your arm is precisely what the main character in the book does just a little while after you do it? Not once or twice but three times in less than one hour... Oh, and it's a book you've never read before, too. Weird, that's how you feel.

You can say that again...

Weird in a good way?

What's the book, if I may ask?

Just plain weird... like something out of a movie or a different and more puzzling type of déjà vu. It could be a good starting point for a movie, now that I think of it, something in the line of "Stranger than Fiction."

Maybe my peripheral vision wondered off to the next page and my subconscious took in those gestures.

I'm reading "The Angel's Game" by Carlos Ruiz Záfon.

As long as it stays with rubbing your eyes and stretching your arm... ! What follows? :-)

The character's real name turns out to be Claudia...
