What is the victory of a cat on a hot tin roof?
Just staying on it, I guess, as long as she can.
R.I.P. Elizabeth Taylor, the one and only Martha, the one and only Maggie, the definitive Cleopatra.

Claudia,
Here's to you for honoring Liz!
She was one of that last of the studio greats.
This Maggie is good. Her Catherine in Suddenly, Last Summer, another Tennessee Williams play. Those other 50s roles: Raintree County, Giant.
Her Martha is iconic.
She's got a spot in my 'heaven'.

A preferida do meu pai. Lembro me bem dos comentários sobre os olhos cor de violeta.
This was a great clip to remember her by - thanks for posting this to remind us how great she was. Hard to see her in her later years.
Taming the shrew is my favourite Claudia.
A real star! More definitive as Cleopatra or Maggie than in her love affairs maybe? But, that's also part of the legend.
